RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be confident in your purchase from hid.n. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return:

• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
• All original tags, packaging, accessories, and included items must be present.
• Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. hid.n is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

FINAL SALE / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Underwear, boxers, and other intimate apparel, for hygiene reasons
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Used, vintage, archive, or pre-owned items
• Gift cards

Vintage, archive, and pre-owned merchandise may naturally show signs of age, previous wear, storage, or production characteristics. These characteristics are not considered defects when accurately represented or described at the time of sale.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an incorrect item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, we will work with you to make it right.

REFUNDS

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued vary by bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, international duties, taxes, customs fees, and other import charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after it has entered fulfillment or been shipped.
