KAPITAL
Black Kamakura Parka built around KAPITAL’s characteristically layered interpretation of utilitarian outerwear. The jacket combines the proportions of an oversized field parka with an integrated technical vest system, creating a silhouette that feels assembled from outdoor, military, and Japanese workwear references rather than belonging cleanly to any one category.
The black tonal construction places the emphasis on texture and function: oversized cargo pockets sit beneath a cropped outer layer, while the chest is covered by a lightweight utility vest with padded shoulder sections, multiple compartments, webbing, and rope-adjustment details. Voluminous articulated sleeves and an adjustable hem exaggerate the shape further.
A particularly strong example of KAPITAL’s ability to take functional clothing apart and rebuild it into something immediately recognizable as its own.
